Steven from Infinite was great! Vinny the owner, made sure I was taken care of after an FPL surge on our home frying our box and meter. They were out quickly on a weekend. Everything looks great! Works great! Finally labeled properly after living here for 2 years! Highly recommend their services!

When we discovered our AC unit was shutting off because the safety shut-off switch was being flooded, we called one of the highest Google-rated companies in the Naples area (which I won’t name). Unfortunately, that experience fell short. Sam from Infinite Electric & AC was more helpful within the first five minutes of arriving than the entire hour we spent with the other technician. We all know that feeling of doubt when someone comes to work on your home without your best interests at heart. like they don’t really want to be there, assume they know more than you, and aren’t truly listening. Sam was the complete opposite. He genuinely listened to what we were experiencing, and our home immediately felt better with him there. Sam was extremely thorough, professional, and clean in his work. We ended up signing up for a maintenance plan and feel confident knowing we’ll stay ahead of future issues. And if anything does come up, we feel much better knowing we have Infinite taking care of us.

Professional, highly competent, friendly, customer focused and most importantly did an awesome job with this very challenging situation which i thought might not be possible! Being very tight for space for our new front loader washer and dryer, we needed to alter the dryer vent system. Jimmy did an awesome job connecting the latest and greatest dryer vent technology specifically designed for my situation with minimal space! Very neat job and with great attention to detail, he did an excellent job of getting me up and running and saving about 4" in depth which was critical to be able to use this model of appliance! Highly recommend!

Just want to let everyone know that infinite electric and air is a great company with awesome customer service. A long time tech Sam has maintained my struggling A/C unit over the years. I meet Jimmy today who set up a temporary A/C unit to keep me cool over the weekend and will install a new complete HVAC unit at competitive pricing. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great pricing and awesome customer service.

Steven and Scott were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They identified the issue quickly and completed the repair with minimal downtime to our business. Highly recommended.

I called infinite Electric this morning about 9 o’clock spoke with Jena She was very pleasant. I have. I had a problem with my instant hot water heater and they couldn’t get any hot water and I asked her if you people could handle that kind of issue. She said oh sure we can do that. She said that I will have a Rob come out this afternoon between four and six. So about 330 Rob called me and said that he would be over at my house in a half hour and he showed up at in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and was able to solve my hot water issue. I’m very happy and satisfied with the work you did and I look forward to using infinite Electric again thank you.

I set up multiple companies to give us an estimate on whole house generator. Most companies came out and took some pictures spent 10-15 minutes with me. Infinites sale representative Rob did a very thorough inspection opening up distribution panels taking measurements. Then we when inside and discussed in detail the system to use. I am a retired electrician. Rob answered all my questions. Infinite took care of all the permits for the county required plus required forms we needed for HOA approval. Once all required permits were complete. I was given a schedule for installation. Concrete pad pour Wednesday, generator and transfer switch installation Friday and on Monday propane tank burial. Alejandro and Mike were the installation and testing techs. Easy to talk with and explained any question I had. I highly recommend this company owed by Vinny it was an easy process . Thanks Infinite electric and air for the quality work. I signed the contract on 2/8/25 the work and testing was complete on 3/20/25 Scott McCall

Scott and Steven were great at getting some electric up to code. The experience was professional and great work done at a very fair price. I would recommend this company for any electrical work done… o and also 2 years ago they replaced my electrical panel. Always very prompt to respond… thank you!

I called several electrical companies to have an existing generator hookup upgraded from a 30amp to a 50amp to allow me to use a bigger generator. Infinite electrical and air immediately got back to me and set up a time to stop by for an estimate. Vincent and Jesse arrived on time with great communication prior to arrival, once they checked out the panel and answered all my questions, they gave me a very reasonable price and I decided to have them do the upgrade. They did an amazing job and answered any and all questions I had regarding generators with my house. Overall I would highly recommend this company, they were amazing and professional, the communication was great. I will be using them for all electrical work going forward.
